Episode 1 – The Map

It was a bright Saturday morning in the quiet town of Riverside. David, a curious young man with a passion for adventure, was sorting through his late grandfather’s dusty old chest when he stumbled upon something unusual—a leather-bound journal with a strange map tucked inside.

The map showed an unfamiliar land with mountains, rivers, and what looked like the ruins of an ancient city marked with a red “X.” At the bottom of the map, scribbled in shaky handwriting, were the words: “The Lost City of Eldoria—beware, not all who enter return.”

Excited, David rushed to share his discovery with his best friend, Samuel, a playful and energetic guy who never turned down a challenge. Samuel’s sister, Mary, a practical and cautious girl, overheard them and shook her head.

“Another one of your wild goose chases, David?” she asked, crossing her arms.
“This could be real, Mary! Look at the details,” David insisted, holding the map up.
Samuel grinned. “Lost city, treasure, and maybe even danger? I’m in!”

Mary sighed but eventually agreed to join, not because she believed in treasure, but because she knew the boys would get into trouble without her.

Later that evening, the trio sat at a wooden table in the town’s café, planning their journey. As they debated the best route, they were approached by an older man named Mr. Thomas, who had been listening nearby.

“Careful, young ones,” Mr. Thomas warned in a gravelly voice. “Many have searched for Eldoria, but none have returned. If you go, you must be ready for what lies ahead.”

His warning only fueled their determination. By the end of the night, they had made up their minds. They would set out at dawn.

Little did they know, their adventure into the unknown was about to change their lives forever.
